    Business Item 1

    Spring Expectations and Reminders

    • Maritza gave the ICC expectations, have ICC Team at Club meetings. 
    • Slow process with the online meetings; need to put the expectations for clubs to notify us of all club meetings they have planned for the entire quarter. Difficult to allocate meetings for all ICC Officers. 
    • Sean and Joel will take the lead organizing each meeting to attend (2 per month). 
    • If any thoughts on the ICC codes, be sure to include a proposal at an ICC meeting to vote on in for the Executive meetings.

    Spring Events

    • Dana S presented the item. 
      • Spring Carnival (Week 8) and Culture Day collaboration with DASG. (More feedback on potential day to host, some money is allocated for this particular event.
      • Spring Carnival Event NEEDS to happen before week 10 (June 10th -14th). 
      • Week 3 is general date (April 25th), week 4 is the backup day (May 2nd). 
    • For Club Day
      • Needs to be approved and ready to post before the end of the quarter. Have it ready day 1 on spring quarter. (Day, Time, Location)
      • One week before the event, know the RSVP/clubs performing, schedule so additional flyers can be posted as well.

    Intern Pairings

    • Joel N made changes to the ICC Code to propose changes for ICC Chairs and Vice Chairs duties and responsibilities to begin Spring 2024.
