    • Hello everyone! We are De Anza Basketball Association(DABA) ! We want to promote the culture of basketball and fun. We want anyone to have fun with basketball! And can do proper exercise. It's open to everyone and everyone is welcome!

    • To make sure there are no errors with accounts in particularly in the inactive role, because once the funds move they cannot be moved back. 
    • ICC is in the process of moving the clubs that have the funds that have been in the inactive hold, most of which have been there since 2019 to the scholarship account. Clubs that have been inactive but their accounts have been in limbo, those will be moved to the inactive unless the club reactivates within a year.

    • Clubs on trial need to complete either an updated financial roster and/or a new club orientation. 


    Club Meetings Reminders

    • Let us know in advance when meetings will be happening by week 2 of each quarter so we can advertise on website, social media etc. 
    • If you have online meetings, fill out online meeting form on the ICC website. 
    • If in person, must be on campus and work with the Office of College Life to book a space. 
    • Meetings should be accessible to students on campus!
    • Scheduled meetings are to be done quarterly. 


    Business Item 1

    • Expectation is that Clubs can help to clean up to put away tables and chairs. 
      • Fine will be $25 from each club if clean up is not completed. 
    • Reminder: Next Club Day, continue to avoid any fines by helping to clean up after Club Day. 
    • Please note that KGIS (Kyrgyz and CIS Students Association) will get a $25 fine for failing to put away tables and chairs.
