What helped you succeed in college? Time management! I used to "reward" myself with the Fun stuff after necessary work and tasks were completed.
What advice would you give students: I know its hard, but start the "to do" list early and dont put it off. That way you know what you need help with, and you have time to reach out to your pool of resources.

What was your undergraduate major? Mathematics, Statistics, & Economics
What helped you succeed in college? . Going to class & being engaged were absolutely the top and easiest keys that helped me succeed in college. I loved making friends in class, forming study groups, encouraging each other to do well in class, and having fun with them outside of class.
What advice would you give students? Just being present is half the battle. Attend every class, ask questions before, during, and after class, sit near the front of class, and make friends with your classmates. Building a community in class will make it more enjoyable to come to class. In addition, I strongly recommend that you stay organized. Math is not about cramming - it is about steady progress. Keep a clean notebook, write clearly, and label steps. Use a planner or app to track assignments, quizzes, and exams. Break your study into short, daily blocks. 20-30 minutes of focused practice beats hours of cramming.
