Advisor Announcements

• Dayna: We need to clean out the ICC Office facing the Council Chambers; everything needs to be moved into the new DASG area. Dayna will be moving her office into the old space. Computers moved or use own computer and/or phones? Please do so by April 23, 2025.
• After events, cannot have the cart loaded with stuff after events.
• Recently hired a new flea market coordinator.
• Can utilize large bins for cleaning out the items.
• Maritza: Dayna is officially your advisor; explained where to find the office hours log.

Business Item 1

Committee Updates

• Admin Committee: Quarterly check in form; technical difficulties; working with marketing committee to work with ICC; Many clubs struggle with advertising.
• Marketing: Will discuss more about spring events in business item 4.
• Finance: Friday 2-3 biweekly, Club finances
• Programs: Lots of events this quarter;
• Committee Meetings should be sent to Maliah; 2 minimum committee meetings per month.

Business Item 2

ICC Chairs Election Info & Discussion

• 4 club affairs candidates
• 5 finance candidates
• 6 marketing candidates

• This Wednesday will be the chair of programs candidates. All eligibility is confirmed for each candidate.
• Interview process to confirm eligibility process; be on time for meetings; encourage clubs to vote. Think about key questions to ask each of the candidates.
• Minimum needed for quorum; if a club does not have a rep then they’re not voting.
• DASG Complaints meeting, because of that we will not know who is determined to be the chairperson depending on the outcome of the meeting. We will know by this Wednesday.
• Business Item 3

ICC Scholarship Discussion

• La Donna Leadership scholarship is open to ICC Officers. Maritza will be updating the website today, deadline is Friday, April 25, 2025.
• Maritza will work with Marketing team to get the word out; we need people to be readers for the scholarships. Great opportunity for a reader to get experience as a reader to improve your own scholarship writing skills.

Upcoming events for Spring Quarter

Club Day

• Will send out form for volunteer shifts; please sign up for more than 1 shift.
• Easter theme; spring side? Easter is a Christian Holiday; not inclusive of others who do not observe easter holiday.
• Want to order items for promo; order 3 more A-Frames for ICC.
• Concerns on the giveaway items (include DASG and Mentors?) Looking into a logo specifically for club day.

Cultural Day (End of May or Start of June?)

• Will not be collaborating with Flea Market
• Will collab with DASG possibly in June
• Possible performances (club based)
• Eric will be contacting clubs to perform
• Set a date ASAP; there will be club awards for participants.

Spring Carnival (End of May or Start of June?)

• Kaung motioned to approve Pickleball Club.
• Elizabeth seconded the motion, no objections.

Pakistani Student Association

• No club constitution included.
• Elizabeth with follow up with this club.

Go Club 

• Similar to chess; originates in China.
• Constitution does not have much context about the game.
• Cecilia motioned to table the club in order to follow up and learn more details about the club’s planned events an overall purpose.
• Dinara seconded the motion, no objections.

National Society of Leadership & Success (On Trial)

• Need to have less than 7 officer positions.
• Need to abide by ICC Codes.
• Amelia motioned to approve NSLS under the condition of changes to the constitution.
• Elizabeth seconded the motion, no objections.
