• 10,000 Steps - Winter Quarter Challenge Starts January 12
  Step it up in 2009! Wearing a pedometer and recording your steps has been shown to help you to be more active and improve your overall health.  Our 10,000 Step Challenge is easy on both your body and your wallet!  If you need a pedometer, they are available for only $5.00.
