- RSVP as soon as possible to secure spot for Club Day.
- Awards for outstanding performance will be given out.
- Tables and chairs will be provided; first come, first served.
- Food must be individually wrapped, no homemade food.
- Return tables back to original pick-up location to avoid a $25 fine; be sure to check in before getting a table and chairs.
- Notify 24hrs in advance if you cannot attend
- Clubs will use club funds for tabling supplies, go through reimbursement process.
- Clubs on trial will be sharing a table with another prospective club.

- Must have at least 2 club meetings per quarter to keep Active club standing.
- OCL must receive requests in advance (at least 5 business days for reservations)
- Use Meeting Room Request Form through the Office of College Life to reserve spaces
- ICC strongly encourages clubs to use Village Spaces.
- Advisor must be present if holding meetings on campus.
- In-person meetings must be on campus
- ICC can set up Zoom Pro accounts for clubs looking to meet virtually – contact ICC Advisor if your club is interested in this
- Meetings can be booked quarterly.
