Introduction to Environmental Law
Course Description
This course is an introductory class in environmental law and associated regulations in California and the United States. It addresses air quality, water quality, waste management, hazardous materials management, natural resource management, and preservation. It also covers global warming/climate change, land use, and environmental equity/justice concerns.
