Mandatory De Anza Student Government Candidate Orientation

Students interested in applying to be a 2025-2026 De Anza Student Government election candidate must attend this orientation session and at least one information session.
In order to be eligible, students must be enrolled in at least 8 units (12 units for international students), maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA, not have served more than three terms as a DASG senator and commit to being enrolled at De Anza through the next academic year (no transfer applications filed).
The current open positions are president, vice president, chair of finance, chair of student rights and equity, chair of marketing, chair of programs, chair of environmental sustainability, chair of Inter Club Council (ICC) and student trustee.
The application is due by 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3.
