Transcripts

Transcripts may be requested online or by fax (408.864.8329). Faxed requests must include your signature, student ID, credit card number/expiration, and address of place receiving your transcript.

Online transcripts (both unofficial and official) may be requested through the registration system at www.deanza.edu/my by logging into your student account and choosing the transcript type under "Student Record by Term." Unofficial transcripts can be emailed from this site. Official transcripts requested through this site do not require a signature page to be faxed to Admissions. (Online requests made directly through Credentials — see below — do require a signature page.)

When picking up transcripts:

The transcript window is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The college is closed on Fridays during the summer quarter starting the week after July 4th through the Labor Day holiday.

For previous students without access to www.deanza.edu/my:

De Anza College has partnered with Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders. TranscriptsPlus® will facilitate your request 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for a minimal service charge.
