Program Review Timeline

Avila went over Program Reviews update for 2017-18

  • Avila mentioned that item #15 in the Word template had different language than the template in TracDat.
    • It was decided to update the TracDat template with the language from the
      Word template for this year.
    • Avila mentioned that all SLOs need an assessment. Meeting notes can
      also document assessment if needed.
    • Meetings and workshops can be set-up with Avila regarding Program Reviews.

Mieso reviewed the timeline and requested a PDF format directly from TracDat.

  • The template in TracDat is the same for the comprehensive review and the update.
    • In TracDat just choose the 17-18 year and update items from last year.
    • An email will be sent out reminding everyone about Convocation on March 2nd

More information can be found on the SSPBT Program Review page.
