A Marinated Broiled Boneless Breast of Chicken, Grilled Vegetables, Curried Israeli Cous -Cous, Spring Green Salad,  accompanied by a combination of Chocolate Tuxedo Gateau and Fresh fruit Salad (Healthy Choice)  (First Most Popular Choice by Guests)

Chicken Caesar Salad
A Marinated Broiled Boneless Breast of Chicken Served Hot on Top of A Classic Caesar Salad accompanied by Garlic Bread or Roll. (Second Most Popular Choice by Guests)

Poached Salmon (Served Cold) (add $2.00)
Salmon Filet poached served with a Chefs Salad, Cucumber Dill Dipping Sauce on Top of Spring Greens.

Broiled Sesame Chicken
A Broiled Boneless Breast of Chicken marinated with Soy and Sesame Sauce Served on Chow Mien Noodles.

Thai Barbecue Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast marinated in a Thai Barbecue sauce and accompanied by a tasty Banana Salsa

Apricot Glazed Chicken
Grilled Chicken Breast glazed with Apricot Preserves served over Greens with Grilled Pineapple

Dijon Basil Chicken
A Chicken Breast marinated in fresh Basil and Dijon Mustard cooked to perfection served with Red Pepper Coulis tossed over Mixed Greens

Cajun Grilled Chicken
A Boneless Breast of Chicken marinated in Cajun Seasoning served with a Ranch Dipping Sauce

Select Sirloin (Add $3.00)
Sirloin Beef served over a bed of greens with sliced Cherry Tomatoes, with a Horseradish Sauce and served with our Chef’s pasta salad

Seasonal Grilled Vegetable Platter with Baked Candied Yams
Seasonal Vegetables served over Mesculn Greens and garnished with Chevre Cheese
