1. The Square footage of this room is 43 X 54.
2. Theater Style Seating accommodates 130 persons.
3. Table Seating will accommodate 72 persons.
4. Nine tables of 8 persons per table = (9 x 8 = 72 persons).
5. This room does not have an Internet connection.
6. You must call Audio Visual at (8658) for Power Point Connection.
7. Must use Cordless microphone if Conference Room “B” is in use.
8. May request podium.
9. Call Audio Visual for overhead projector and screen

CONFERENCE ROOM B

1) The Square footage of this room is 54 X 54.
2) Theater Style Seating accommodates 200 persons.
3) Table Seating will accommodate 125 persons.
4) Fifteen tables of 8 persons per table = (8 x 15 = 120 persons).
5) Sound system (request microphone).
6) This room has a portable built in screen.
7) Built in projector.
8) Has a stage.
9) May request podium.
10) This room does have an Internet connection. (Please dial Call Center at 8324 to activate).
11) May use power point.
12) Laptop may be used.
13) In Hallway we have Controls for the following:
a) Screen
b) VCR
c) Disk
d) Slide Projector
e) CD Player

CONFERENCE ROOMS A and B

1) The Square footage of these two rooms together is 93 X 54.
2) Theater Style Seating accommodates 280 persons.
3) Table Seating accommodates 280
4) All Above items referenced under B.

ROOM RENTAL COST
$40.00 set up fee.
$320.00 Labor Charge
The total cost is $360.00 (Minimum two workers for four hours call back per person overtime at $40 per hour.)

EL CLEMENTE

1) The Square footage of this room is 20 x 27.
2) Theater Style Seating will accommodate 22 persons.
3) Table Seating will accommodate 22 persons.
4) Has an Internet Connection. (Please dial Call Center at x 8324 to
activate line.)
5) Has a white dry erase board in room. (Dry erase markers can be purchased on site)

DON BAUTISTA

1) The Square footage of this room is 30 x 24.
2) Theater Style Seating will accommodate 40 persons.
3) Table Seating will accommodate 30 persons.
4) Has an Internet Connection. (Please dial Call Center at x 8324 to
activate line.)
5) Has a white dry erase board in room. (Dry erase markers can be purchased on site)

SANTA CRUZ ROOM

1) The Square footage of this room is 30 x 21.
2) Theater Style Seating will accommodate 16 persons.
3) Does not have a white board.

FIRESIDE ROOM

1) The Square Footage of this room is 75 x 30.
2) Theater Style Seating accommodates 90 persons.
3) Table Seating accommodates 120 persons.

MEETING ROOM 1

1) The Square footage of this room is 30 x 15.
2) Theater Style seating will hold 15 persons.

MEETING ROOM 2

1) The Square footage of this room is 30 x 15.
2) Theater Style seating will hold 15 persons.

ROOM GUIDELINES

1) A department may make up to three booking at one time.
2) After the first of the three meetings have taken place another can be booked.
